Dr. Devaya Kelapanda Achappa has a Master of Veterinary Science (M.V.Sc) from the University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore, India. He has over 28 years of experience working with horses and has worked in various capacities from being responsible for the management, treatment, and breeding of horses at stud farms, to providing medical and surgical care to horses in equine hospitals.

Dr. Achappa currently works as a veterinarian at Equine Veterinary Medical Center assisting the specialist veterinarian with providing quality patient care to horses.
